These terms govern the use of the VerSal online store and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the applicable policies published in the store.

Products

VerSal sells scented candles. We aim to display descriptions, images and prices as accurately as possible. Images may show slight color variations depending on the screen and product presentation.

Prices and payments

Applicable prices and currency are displayed according to the selected market. Taxes, shipping costs and other applicable charges are shown, when relevant, during checkout before the order is completed.

Orders

Receipt of an order does not guarantee final acceptance. We may cancel or reject an order in cases involving availability, payment, incorrect information, reasonable suspicion of fraud or inability to fulfill it. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed.

Production and delivery

Part of production and fulfillment may be performed by external providers. Production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, demand, destination or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Requests involving returns, damaged or defective products, incorrect orders or refunds are handled according to our Returns and refunds policy.

Intellectual property

The VerSal name, brand elements and original store content may not be used in a manner that implies a nonexistent affiliation, authorization or endorsement.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy published in the store and the privacy choices Shopify makes available where applicable.

Changes and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
